The Gem offers Summer Conference & Guest Accommodations for groups or individuals from June 20th through September 14th. With space for approximately 70 guests, The Gem provides stylish apartment accommodations at an affordable per night. There is no better place to stay if you are visiting OSU; we are conveniently located right across the street!

*Please note due to Fire Code Observance we have to follow the regulations for the capacity of each room. Studios have a capacity of 2 people. 1bedrooms have a capacity of 3 people. Two and three bedrooms have a capacity of 5 people.
