The Gem offers Summer Conference & Guest Accommodations for groups or individuals from June 25th through September 10th. With space for approximately 70 guests, The Gem provides stylish apartment accommodations at an affordable $45 per night. There is no better place to stay if you are visiting OSU; we are conveniently located right across the street!

*Please note due to Fire Code Observance we have to follow the regulations for the capacity of each room. Studios have a capacity of 2 people. 1bedroom’s have a capacity of 3 people. Two and three bedroom’s have a capacity of 5 people.
