Complete this Housing Application to secure an apartment owned by College Housing Northwest - Corvallis. Please fill out all fields of the application and include your unit type preference. Your credit card information will be processed for the non-refundable application fee once submitted. It will be charged again for the security deposit once a unit has been assigned to you.

Eligibility: You must be attending Oregon State University, be at least a sophomore (minimum of 45 credits on your OSU transcript) in class standing at the time of move-in, and be taking at least eight credit hours per term (for graduate students: three credits). Any person living with a student must be a spouse, family member, domestic partner, or a roommate meeting student status requirements.

Applications will not be processed without the $20 application fee. After accepting a unit you will have 24 hours to submit the $100 security deposit. Payments for any fees, rent, or other charges may be submitted at our Online Payment page.
