College Housing Northwest provides housing in 7 unique properties, alllocated in downtown Portland. Any student who is attending a college or university of higher education is eligible to live in the center of it all! Students attending PSU, PCC, Western Culinary Institute, Art Institute or other schools of higher education are all eligible.

College Housing Northwest believes in housing that works just as hard as the students living there. Providing clean, quiet, and affordable living in prime locations is of course a big part of our mission. Making sure our properties are environmentally sound is another. We also believe in fostering a strong student community, giving our residnts the chance to grow beyond the classroom.
