Other Housing Application Process

1. Available apartments will be advertised on our rental list throughout the summer.
2. Apartments will be on a first come first serve basis.
3. If an apartment on the rental list is still occupied, it will need to be rented sight unseen.  If a similar unit is vacant, we will show you that apartment instead.  We will only show apartments to the first applicant.
4. Any apartment that is listed on the rental list will need to be rented and moved into within 10 days of its ready date.
5. Once an apartment goes on our rental list, we will begin accepting resident screening applications for each apartment. 
6. We will process the applications in the order we receive them.  We will contact the first applicant to pay the $40 screening fee.  That applicant will have 24 hours to pay the screening fee or we will go onto the next person.
1. The screening application must include the following or it will be automatically denied:
1. All information must be completed, in clear print.
2. A credit card from authorizing us to charge $40.00 if we screen you (if we do not screen you we will shred this authorization form.)
1. You must provide appropriate photo identification.  We will only accept government issued identification
1. ID’s that WILL be accepted: driver’s license, DMV ID card, military ID card, passport, etc.
2. ID’s that WILL NOT be accepted: student ID cards, PSU ONE cards, library cards, etc.,
3. If you are faxing us the screening application, you must also fax a credit card authorization form, and a copy of your photo ID.
7. Upon approval, we will send you an application to fill out.  You will pay the security deposit ($200-$500 depending on results of resident screening) when you submit the application.
8. A cosigner will not be necessary
9. Cancellations must be done at least 15 days prior to your move in date for the security deposit to be refunded.
10. Upon move-in, you will sign paper work, pay the prorated rent for your apartment, and pick up the keys.
