A security deposit and cleaning fee are required at the time you sign the lease agreement. The first month's prorated rent will be due before the apartment's ready date. The amounts will vary by apartment type and location. You are able to get deposit and fee information from our website.

My financial aid doesn’t arrive until the first day of school; can I still rent from you?

We work with students who are waiting for financial aid to pay for their rent. Please call the College Housing Northwest - Portland Office to inquire about petitioning for delayed rent payments.
